If however, for any reason, you decide to return our products, we will gladly exchange or refund new and unworn products, with a 30% restocking fee.

— These are slippers, not boots. While they can be worn outside comfortably and safely, they will not hold up to heavy climbing, jumping or playing sports! — Sheepskin Slippers from Cloud Nine or RJS are made with genuine sheepskin from Australia and New Zealand which is shipped to China for manufacturing (like most good "American" products, such as the Uggs boots) and are sold in the best stores and kiosks in the United States.
— RJS is brand name and so is Cloud Nine. RJS acquired the trademark name Cloud Nine a few years ago. All shoes which port the labels RJS or Cloud Nine are manufactured in the same factory with the same quality requirements.
GLOSSARY:
**What is TPR sole material? The outsole of the shoe (the part that touches the ground) is made of ThermoPlastic Rubber, a synthetic material that acts like rubber but contains no natural latex (Latex is an allergen, and for those with a serious allergy, latex can even be life-threatening). To avoid the possibility of any allergic reaction, we use TPR soles which makes our shoes safe for anyone to wear. TPR has essentially the same performance as natural latex rubber outsoles. It bends easily and provide a pleasantly pliable sole rather than a hard sole.
**What is Shearling? A deceptive description which can mean both sheepskin and "wool stitched on a synthetic fabric.
**What is Wool lining? Another word for shearling**.
**What is Suede? Leather with the flesh side rubbed to make a velvety nap.
